Light not turning on

Ensure the solar light has been activated by clicking the on/off switch on the back of the light. Place the activated light in the sun for 6-8 hours to fully charge. Be sure the solar panel is facing the sun.

During winter or periods of cloudy weather, the light may not get enough solar energy to charge fully.

After 12 months of use, a new battery may be required and can be purchased through Hoselink. Please contact customer support for further assistance.

Can the battery be replaced?

In some cases, yes. Contact customer support to acquire a new battery. See below for lights with a replaceable battery:
