2. The giveaway commences on 00:00 ET October 23rd, 2024 and entries close 2:59AM ET October 30th, 2024
3. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Eligibility to enter
4. The competition is open to residents of the United States only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and all territories, aged 18 years or over. Friends and Family of Employees of Hose Pro USA LLC and any persons deemed to have an association with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
5. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
6.It is also a condition of entry to “Hoselink Just Got Epic!” that entrants agree to receive marketing material from Hoselink USA and Epic Gardening.
How to Enter
7. The maximum number of entries that can be awarded to an Entrant is 12.

9. Entries can be made four (4) ways:

An entry is confirmed when there is a blue tick next to the entry mechanic.
The Prize
10. The prize is a Prize Pack valued at $1,173.99.
The prize pack includes:

One (1) prize will be awarded.
11. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
12. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Winner Announcement
13. The Winner will be chosen at random at 1/108 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW 2100 Australia at 10:00am AEDT on October 31st, 2024 and notified on October 31st, 2024 by email. The winner will be published on www.hoselink.com/win by October 31st, 2024.
14. If the Winner does not respond within 3 months, Hoselink will draw a secondary winner on January 31st, 2025 at random at the same location and time as the original draw, to be notified by email no later than January 31st, 2025. The new prize winner will be published on www.hoselink.com/pages/win by January 31st, 2025.
Delivery of the Prize
15. Hoselink will get in touch via email or phone with the winner within 14 days to schedule delivery of the prize
16. Cash prizes (if applicable) will be delivered by electronic funds transfer or another means agreed upon with the winner
17. If the prize pack or portion of the prize pack is unavailable, for whatever reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
Data Protection and Publicity
18. The Entrants agree that any personal information that they provide when entering the competition will be used by Hose Pro USA LLC for the purposes of administering the competition.
19. The winner’s first and last name will be announced on Hoselink’s website and social media channels.
20. All information collected may be re-used for marketing purposes by Hoselink and Epic Gardening, it will not be passed onto any additional third party.
General
21. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook or YouTube.
22. Hose Pro USA LLC reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
