We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase to receive a full refund.

Simply contact our friendly Customer Care team to arrange a Prepaid Return Label, at no cost to you. Once we receive the item back at our warehouse, we will then refund the full product cost back to you, or, if preferred, will arrange for a Hoselink account credit or product exchange.
 
PLEASE NOTE:

  • Return requests must be lodged with Hoselink Customer Service within 30 days of purchase. Contact us via email at support@hoselink.com.
  • Please package the item appropriately to be returned, then affix the Prepaid Return Label and send the package back to us.
  • Any additional shipping fees incurred (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed by Hoselink within 5 business days of receiving the item at our warehouse. It can then take up to 72 hours for money to credited by the bank into the customer account.
  • For items that do not require returning, refunds will be processed within 24 hours by Hoselink. It can then take up to 72 hours for money to credited by the bank into the customer account.
  • All refund claims made within the 30-day period will be issued in the method by which they were paid.
  • A replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty or unwanted item has been received by Hoselink, unless stated otherwise by a Hoselink Customer Service Representative.
  • If your claim falls outside of the 30-day period, we'll still do our best to keep you happy. Please contact us via email at support@hoselink.com to discuss your options.
  • Only products purchased directly from us via hoselink.com can be returned to us.

Q: How do I return something to you?

We’ll make this process as simple as possible for you.

Whether you ordered the wrong item, are unhappy with the product, or if it is defective, we’ll send you a Prepaid Return Label at no cost to you if you are returning the product within 30 days of purchase. We ask you to appropriately package the item you are returning, affix the return label and send the package back to us.

Before sending the item back, please contact our Customer Care team via email at support@hoselink.com so we can arrange the Prepaid Return Label and record the return request.

Of course! Simply contact us via email at support@hoselink.com to arrange a Prepaid Return Label within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the item being returned we’ll contact you to organize the exchange.

Q: I thought you had a lifetime warranty, is this true?

We get asked this occasionally but no, none of our products carry a lifetime warranty. Due to the unique design of Hoselink hose fittings, we can and do guarantee that a correctly fitted Hose Connector will never burst off your hose.

All of our products come with a warranty, which is indicated on each product page on this website. Warranty dates are effective from the date of purchase.
