Except for the cost of repairing or replacing a defective Hose Pro USA LLC product, under no circumstance shall Hose Pro USA LLC be liable, whether in contract or tort, for direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from, arising out of, or in any way linked to the utilization of our products, including without limitation, any damages for lost profits or other financial or economic loss. In no event shall Hose Pro USA LLC be liable for any harm or loss arising out of factors beyond its reasonable control, which may include, but are not limited to, power outages, acts of nature, war, civil disturbances, or similar unforeseeable events.
You are entitled to a replacement if the product is within Warranty. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. Please note that repairs or replacements necessitated by customer misuse are not covered under warranty.
If you think that a product is defective, you should contact our Customer Care team and a Customer Service Representative will assist you. A photo may be requested to assist with the assessment of your claim.
Where a product is defective and needs to be replace, return shipping will be arranged at the expense of Hoselink. If a product is replaced, your replacement product becomes your property and the returned product becomes Hoselink's property. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes Hoselink's property.
Warranty periods are effective from the date of purchase and are noted against each product on our website.

We warrant our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage. Warranties are extended to the original end-user purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase.
This warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-Hoselink product used in connection with a Hoselink product. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product. Only products purchased directly from hoselink.com are covered by this warranty.
Other than the limited warranty issues at the time of purchase, Hose Pro USA LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to its products and hereby disclaims all other warranties whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to the condition operation, fitness or use or merchantability of the products. No verbal or written information or advice given by any Hose Pro USA LLC agent or employee creates a warranty and the customer may not rely upon any such information or advice as a warranty. There are no warranties which extend beyond any express warranty issued at the time of sale. Any warranties provided at the time of sale are subject to the duration specified in the warranty terms. Please note that repairs or replacements necessitated by customer misuse are not covered under warranty.
If you believe that a Hoselink product has an unsatisfactory defect, please contact the Customer Care team for assistance via our website or email. Depending on the claim, we will require evidence of the defect via email or post.
Replacement products are covered by the same Hoselink warranty as well as by consumer guarantees (see Consumer Guarantees above). Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. Hoselink will cover all postage costs for defective item claims but this must be arranged and agreed with our Customer Care team before any item is returned.

Simply contact our Customer Care team by emailing support@hoselink.com. You will need to provide details of the original purchase including the name, order number (if known), and details regarding the product fault. Emailing a (small size) photo showing the problem is often helpful in expediting the claim, and may be requested in some cases.
Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased, or the closest available product in our current range. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered. If we require you to return the item for inspection, we will supply you with a Prepaid Return Label, at no cost to you.
