Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Eligibility to enter
The competition is open to residents of the United States only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and all territories, aged 18 years or over. Friends and Family of Employees of any of Hose Pro USA LLC and any persons deemed to have an association with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
It is also a condition of entry to “WIN 1 of 3 Home Gardener Prize Packs” that entrants agree to receive marketing material from Hose Pro USA LLC dba Hoselink USA.

The Prize
The prize is a Prize Pack valued at $537.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Winner Announcement
The Winners will be chosen at random at 1/108 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW 2100 Australia at 4:00pm AEDT on March 16, 2025 and notified on March 17th, 2026 by email. The winners will be published on http://www.hoselink.com/win by March 17th, 2026.
If a Winner does not respond within 3 months, Hoselink will draw a secondary winner on June 18, 2026 at random at the same location and time as the original draw, to be notified by email no later than June 22nd, 2026. The new prize winner will be published on www.hoselink.com/pages/win by June 22nd, 2026.
Delivery of the Prize
Hoselink will get in touch via email with the winners within 14 days to schedule delivery of the prize
Cash prizes (if applicable) will be delivered by electronic funds transfer or another means agreed upon with the winner
If the prize pack or portion of the prize pack is unavailable, for whatever reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.

The Entrants agree that any personal information that they provide when entering the competition will be used by Hose Pro USA LLC for the purposes of administering the competition.
The winner’s first and last name will be announced on Hoselink’s website and social media channels.
