Introduction

  1. "Great Garden Giveaway” is promoted by Hose-Pro USA LLC, EIN: 35-2720927 
    Address: 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover DE 19901.

  2. The giveaway commences on 00:00 EDT May 11th, 2026 and entries close 23:59 EDT May 20th 2026. 

  3. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.    

Eligibility to enter

  1. The competition is open to residents of the United States only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and all territories, aged 18 years or over. Friends and Family of Employees of any of Hose Pro USA LLC, Baileys Nursery, Espoma and any persons deemed to have an association with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

  2. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

  3. It is also a condition of entry to the “Great Garden Giveaway” that entrants agree to receive marketing material from each of Hose Pro USA LLC dba Hoselink USA, Baileys Nursey, First Editions and Espoma.

How to Enter

       7. The maximum number of entries that can be awarded to an Entrant is 15. 

       8. Entries can be made via the links hosted on www.hoselink.com/win

       9. Entries can be made six (6) ways:

a. Subscribe to Hoselink USA, Baileys Nursery & Espoma Mailing Lists – 5 entries 
b. Subscribe to Hoselink USA, Baileys Nursery & Espoma SMS notifications – 5 entries 
c. Visit Hoselink USA’s Instagram Page – 1 entry  
d. Visit Hoselink’s YouTube Page – 1 entry 
e. Visit Hoselink’s TikTok Page – 1 entry 
f. Share with a Friend – 1 entry each, up to 2 entries 

          An entry is confirmed when there is a blue tick next to the entry mechanic.  

The Prize

  1. The prize is a Prize Pack valued at $1048.  

           The Prize Pack includes:

    • 2 x Hoselink Retractable Hose Reels (choice of model, size and color) RRP $598 
    • Baileys Nursery First Editions Best Buds Plants (winners choice up to $300) RRP $300 
    • Selection of Espoma Organic Fertilizer, Potting Mix and/or Plant Food RRP $150 

           One (1) prize will be awarded. 

  1. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

  2. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.  

Winner Announcement

  1. The Winners will be chosen at random at 1/108 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW 2100 Australia at 4:00pm AEDT on May 21, 2026 and notified on May 21st, 2026 by email. The winners will be published on http://www.hoselink.com/win by May 22nd, 2026.

  2. If a Winner does not respond within 3 months, Hoselink will draw a secondary winner on August 31, 2026 at random at the same location and time as the original draw, to be notified by email no later than September 4th, 2026. The new prize winner will be published on www.hoselink.com/pages/win by September 4th, 2026. 

Delivery of the Prize

  1. Hoselink, Baileys Nursery and Espoma will get in touch via email with the winners within 7 days to schedule delivery of the prize

  2. Cash prizes (if applicable) will be delivered by electronic funds transfer or another means agreed upon with the winner

  3. If the prize pack or portion of the prize pack is unavailable, for whatever reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.  

Data Protection and Publicity

  1. The Entrants agree that any personal information that they provide when entering the competition will be used by Hose Pro USA LLC for the purposes of administering the competition.  

  2. The winner’s first and last name will be announced on Hoselink’s website and social media channels. 

  3. All information collected may be re-used for marketing purposes by Hoselink, Baileys Nursery ad Espoma, it will not be passed onto any additional third parties.   

General

  1. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube.  

  2. Hose Pro USA LLC reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
