  1. The giveaway commences on 00:00 EDT June 17th, 2025 and entries close 23:59 EDT June 26th, 2025. 

  1. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Eligibility to enter 

  1. The competition is open to residents of the United States only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and all territories, aged 18 years or over. Friends and Family of Employees of both Hose Pro USA LLC and Crescent Garden, and any persons deemed to have an association with the promotion are not eligible to enter.  

  1. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.  

  1. It is also a condition of entry to “WIN a summer garden glow-up” that entrants agree to receive marketing material from both Hoselink and Crescent Garden.  

How to Enter  

  1. The maximum number of entries that can be awarded to an Entrant is 13.

Winner Announcement  

  1. The Winner will be chosen at random at 1/108 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW 2100 Australia at 4:00pm AEDT on June 27, 2025 and notified on June 27, 2025 by email. The winner will be published on www.hoselink.com/win by June 27, 2025. 

  1. If the Winner does not respond within 3 months, Hoselink will draw a secondary winner on 1st October, 2025 at random at the same location and time as the original draw, to be notified by email no later than October 5th, 2025. The new prize winner will be published on www.hoselink.com/pages/win by October 5th, 2025. 

Delivery of the Prize  

  1. Hoselink will get in touch via email or phone with the winner within 14 days to schedule delivery of the prize 

  1. Cash prizes (if applicable) will be delivered by electronic funds transfer or another means agreed upon with the winner 

  1. If the prize pack or portion of the prize pack is unavailable, for whatever reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.  

Data Protection and Publicity  

  1. The Entrants agree that any personal information that they provide when entering the competition will be used by Hose Pro USA LLC for the purposes of administering the competition.   

  1. The winner’s first and last name will be announced on Hoselink’s website and social media channels.
