I’m in Love with this hose reel. Makes watering my garden easier. No more dragging that standard hose around and then trying to wrap it back up. Just a little tug and the hose retracts back seamlessly. Need another one for the front of my house. Best purchase ever.

I’ve been wanting a Hoselink for a while. Finally got tired of dragging a 100’ hose and went for it. A friend installed it for me. It’s so nice to pull out what I need, water, and retract back. My one disappointment is that the spray nozzle doesn’t ratchet to different positions and as far as I can tell, I can’t put a different brand nozzle on it.

Performs exactly as advertised. It's no longer a chore to water my outdoor flowerpots. It will be easy to store for the winter (especially here in Maine), as it lifts off the mounting bracket and has a handle to carry it. Although pricey, it's truly one of those products that "you get what you pay for". I bought a second one which I will install next spring.

Love my 82ft Hoselink!. One suggestion is: Given where I planned to mount my Hoselink, it would have been helpful if it had been mentioned in the pre-purchase info that the unit should be located where it can swivel freely, so you are always pulling the hose straight out of the unit and walking it out the full length needed. I'm making it work, though.
