Hi-Flow vs. Standard Hose
Hi-Flow models use a wider-diameter hose bore than the 100ft ½-inch models. This wider bore reduces restriction and delivers a higher volume of water per minute — 6.55 gal/min on the Classic Hi-Flow and 6.94 gal/min on the Evolve™ Hi-Flow. The 100ft models use a ½-inch hose: the smaller diameter is optimised for pressure over a longer hose run.

Is the Retractable Hose Reel easy to install?
We know installation can be long and tiresome, but we’ve made it nice and easy with our wall-mounted bracket design. You’ll even have all the necessary screws and plugs included in your package so that you can get started straight away. No trips to the hardware store required!

You have two mounting options:

Wall Mount: Attach the bracket to a flat brick or timber surface using an electric drill (use a 3/16-inch drill bit for timber or a 3/8-inch for brick). Once mounted, simply slot the hose reel into place and connect the leader hose to your faucet.
- Mounting Post: No wall space? No worries! Use our Mounting Post (sold separately) to install your hose reel anywhere in your yard — perfect for garden beds, pathways, or remote areas where a wall isn’t available.

Leader Hose Extension: Add either 6.5 or 16 feet of additional length to your Hoselink Leader Hose. Once connected to your pre-fitted 6.5ft leader hose, you’ll have either a 13ft or 19ft reach between your faucet and hose reel (both sizes are available in beige or charcoal).

Hose Reel Covers: Made from UV-stabilized fabric and uniquely designed to fit nice and snug on your Hoselink Retractable Hose Reel, these covers also prevent your reel from scratches or scuff marks as well as harsh weather conditions. Available for both the Classic and Evolve™ Series in range of designs:
